Mindfulness Meditation and Physical Exercise as Recovery Strategies in the Workplace A Comprehensive Study Summary
Stress and burnout have become increasingly common issues, affecting not only employees’ well-being but also their productivity and job satisfaction. To address these challenges, researchers have explored various recovery strategies that can be easily integrated into the workday.
